Three pages your people will actually use.
Not a deck. One page for where we're going, one for how we roll, and a plan with each leader's name on it. In your hands within the week.
The three pages are a one-page strategic plan, a one-page set of behaviours, and a one-page plan for each leader. They put the strategy and the culture on the same sheet, for the same person, in the same week. If it doesn't fit on a page, it isn't clear yet.
Where we're going.
Three things that matter this year, and three priorities under each. Nine lines in total. Anyone on the team can say them back in any week of the year, which means decisions get faster because nobody is guessing what you want.
How we roll.
The actual behaviours. Not "integrity" and "excellence", but what someone does at two o'clock on a Tuesday when it's busy. Hiring, feedback and the hard calls get made the same way whoever is in the room. How to write values that change behaviour
What's my part.
One per leader. What you own this quarter, tagged to the plan and the ways of working. For partnerships, one per partner, which gives the managing partner something to hold partners to without instructing them.
A knowledge base your people's AI can read.
Your people already ask AI tools what to do, and today those tools have no idea what your company is trying to win at. We hand everything back in a form they can read, so the answers your staff get match your plan. Take the AI out and you've still got three pages on the wall. How we handle your data
Everything we build is yours to keep.
The three pages, each leader's plan and the knowledge base. While we're with you, we keep them current.
