Why now

Three reasons to tick the box today.

The calendar

The good dates go first.

Every business wants February. Lock in the two days now and they're in your leaders' calendars before the year fills up.

The energy

The team is rested and listening.

The first weeks back are when people are most open to a new plan. By April it's business as usual.

The prep

The hard work happens over the break.

We read and draft in January, so the two days are spent deciding, not explaining.

The price

$25,000 covers the offsite and the 90 days after it.

Book by 19 December and we run your day 30 check-in in person, at your place.Demo offer

Fair questions

Before you book for the new year.

When is the best time to run a strategy offsite?
In the first ten weeks back after the summer break. The team is rested, the year is still open, and there's time for the plan to change what people do before the end of the financial year.
Can we run it in January?
Yes, from the second week of January, as long as you lock in before Christmas so we can read and draft before you're back. Those dates go first; most teams pick February, once every leader is back.
What do we need to do before the break?
Pick your dates, tell us who's in the room, and send whatever plans, values and reports you already have. That's about an hour of your time.
What if we've already planned this year?
Bring it. We don't throw anything out. We cut what you've got down to three pages your people can hold, and test whether they can say it back at day 90.

Don't make it next year's problem.

Tick the box today and come back to a plan. Bring whoever can say yes. Not the one who signs? Forward them the two-page summary before they go on leave.
