What we believe

What we believe, in six lines.

  1. Every company has a culture. Almost none have engineered one.
  2. A value should tell you which way to walk. If it doesn't, it's a word on a wall.
  3. Less is the hard part. Anyone can add. Almost nobody has the judgement to cut.
  4. The plan and the behaviours are two halves of the same thing, and they only work pointing the same way.
  5. Building is easy. Executing is the whole game, and the year after the offsite is where it's decided.
  6. An offsite nobody measures is a holiday with a whiteboard.
