How it works

You bring the team. We do the rest.

We do the reading, the writing, the design and the follow-up. Nobody walks into a blank whiteboard, and nobody is left holding the deck in March.

In short

A GetSorted offsite runs in four stages: two weeks of reading your existing plan and values, two days in the room with your leaders, three printed pages within five days, then 90 days of workshops and weekly tools with your teams. It costs $25,000 including the 90 days.

The four stages

Two weeks, two days, five days, 90 days.

01

The read

You drop everything in a folder: the plan, the values, the last offsite, the org chart, the handbook. We come back with a first draft of both pages.

Two weeks before
02

The two days

Day one, where we're going. Day two, how we roll and what's my part. Your team pulls the draft apart and commits.

03

The hand back

Three pages, designed and printed, plus a knowledge base your people's AI can read. We ask the three questions before and after.

04

The 90 days

Workshops with your teams. Tools they use every week. One strategic initiative a month, and an ideas box scoring every idea against the plan.

After the room
Your time

What it asks of your leaders.

The most common question from GMs and partners is how many hours this takes away from the day job. Here is the honest version.

We schedule around your busy season. Professional firms: we avoid tax time and year end.

The two days

What happens in the room.

Day one: where we're going. Your leaders test the draft against what they know, cut it to three things that matter and three priorities under each, and agree what won't get done this year.

Day two: how we roll and what's my part. The behaviours that make the plan happen on a busy Tuesday, then one page per leader: what you own this quarter, tagged to the plan.

Bring whoever can say yes. When they're in the room, decisions get made on the day. See a full two-day agenda

February and March 2027 dates are being booked now.

Send us everything by the Friday before and we'll come back with the first draft a week out. From there, we carry it.
