GetSorted on two pages.
Found us, but it isn't your call? Print this or send the link. It answers what an owner, CEO or board will ask.
The problem
Most leadership offsites feel great and change nothing. In MIT Sloan research across 124 companies, 28% of the people executing strategy could name their top three priorities. The plan lives in a deck and the culture lives in people's heads.
What GetSorted does
Two weeks reading what we already have, two days with our leaders, three printed pages within five days, then 90 days alongside our teams. The three pages: where we're going, how we roll, and what's my part (one per leader).
How we'll know it worked
Staff answer three questions without notes, before the offsite, at day 90 and at twelve months. At a 2,600 person group, values recall went from 5% to 100%.
The price
$25,000 including the 90 days. A two-day facilitator alone usually costs $8,000 to $20,000. Optional support after day 90 is $4,000 a month, agreed up front. Finance stays with your accountant or adviser: we don't touch budgets or forecasts. Running EOS? The 90 days run inside your L10s and quarterlies.
What it asks of us
About an hour to send our material and two days for the leadership team. In the 90 days, about two hours a month for each leader running a team workshop, and half a day a month for whoever coordinates it (often the People lead). Demo
The case for it
$25,000 is $500 a head at 50 people, $250 at 100 and $125 at 200. Set it against what one stalled priority or one regretted resignation costs your business this year. If it avoids one of those, it has paid for itself.
