Prompt one · Strategy

Draft your one-page plan.

Rough notes are fine. The prompt asks the AI to cut everything down to three things, write the behaviours in plain words, and flag what's vague. Print the result on our free template.

Prompt two · Culture

The honest check-up.

Answer as you would to a friend, not a board. You get a score for clarity, behaviour, ownership and follow-through, and a test you can run with five people this week.

Be honest, nobody else sees this

Prompt three · Getting a yes

Write to whoever signs off.

For the people leader, GM or ops manager who can see the problem but doesn't hold the budget. The prompt includes our price and what's in it, and tells the AI not to invent anything else.

Questions people ask

Do you see what I type into these forms?
No. The prompt is built in your browser and nothing is sent to GetSorted. It only leaves the page when you copy it or open an AI assistant, and then it goes to that assistant under your own account.
Which AI assistant works best?
Any of the main ones will do a good job: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Copilot. Use the one your business already allows. Some open with the prompt filled in; for the rest it's copied, ready to paste.
Can AI write our strategy for us?
It can give you a solid first draft and point out what's vague. It can't get your leaders to agree, hold them to a decision or check that the plan reaches the front line. That part takes people in a room, and the 90 days after it.
What should I leave out?
Names, client details, financials and anything confidential. Roles and rough descriptions are enough for a useful answer.

Got a draft? Bring it to the room.

Two days with your leaders turns a draft into three pages your people can say back at day 90.
