# Price: $25,000 for a strategy offsite and 90 days

**Short answer:** GetSorted costs $25,000 for an Australian business of 20 to 300 people. That includes two weeks of preparation, two days in the room, three designed pages within five days, and 90 days of help getting the plan done. A two-day facilitator alone usually costs $8,000 to $20,000. Ongoing support is optional at $4,000 a month.

## What does the $25,000 include?

The offsite and the 90 days after it, with no extra charge inside the 90 days.

| Part | What happens | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| The offsite | GetSorted reads everything you have, then two days with your leaders. You leave with three pages, a plan with each leader's name on it, and the tools for the year. | Included |
| The 90 days | One strategic initiative each month, your people using the toolkit every week. At day 90 the three recall questions are asked again. | Included |
| After that | A new tool and a new initiative each month. Agreed before you book, so there's no surprise in month four. | $4,000 a month, optional |

## How much does a strategy offsite cost in Australia?

A facilitated two-day offsite usually costs $8,000 to $20,000, and that buys the two days. Here is how the options compare.

| Option | Typical cost | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Run it yourself | Venue, travel and two days of leaders' time | A good day. The follow-up lands on one person's desk. |
| Independent facilitator | $8,000 to $20,000 | Two days and a summary |
| Operating system implementer | Day rates over a year or more | A meeting rhythm and scorecards. Works alongside GetSorted |
| Consulting firm | $15,000 to $75,000+ | A strategy deck |
| GetSorted | $25,000 | Two weeks before, two days, three pages, 90 days, a recall number at day 90 |

Typical costs are indicative ranges for Australia, not quotes.

## Why is GetSorted more than our last facilitator?

It is more. A facilitator sells two days. GetSorted is two weeks before, two days, and 90 days of help getting it done, which is where most offsites fail.

## Can we pay in stages?

[DEMO] Yes. Holding a date costs nothing. A deposit confirms the booking, the balance is due after the two days, and nothing extra is due in the 90 days. The fee can be split across two financial years. If you keep GetSorted on, the monthly fee starts in month four.

## What about several sites or a merger?

For several sites, or two businesses joining after a merger, GetSorted scopes a version that reaches every site and reports recall by site. Talk to us about scope.
