# For advisers and CEO peer groups

**Short answer:** GetSorted works with accountants, business advisers and CEO peer group chairs, the people owners ask first. Advisers get a role in the work instead of a referral fee: a seat on day one to present the numbers. Peer groups get a 60 to 90 minute recall test session. GetSorted is ValueBull's $25,000 offsite for businesses of 20 to 300 people.

## How do accountants and business advisers work with GetSorted?

With a role, not a referral fee. [DEMO] GetSorted doesn't pay referral fees, so your advice stays independent. Instead you get:

- [DEMO] A seat on day one to present the numbers
- [DEMO] A copy of the three pages, to build next year's budget against
- [DEMO] A joint check-in at day 90
- GetSorted stays out of the numbers: finance stays with you

## Why does offsite timing matter for advisers?

February and March offsites land three priorities before the May and June budget. Your client's budget can then be built against a plan the whole leadership team has agreed.

## What does GetSorted offer CEO peer groups?

[DEMO] The recall test, as a session for members. Members learn the three questions (where are we going, how do we roll, what's my part), run them on their own teams, and bring the results back next month.

| Detail | What's offered [DEMO] |
|---|---|
| Length | 60 to 90 minutes |
| Format | In person or online |
| Promise | In writing, not to approach members for coaching or peer group work |
| Extra | A free recall test report for any member who runs it |

Your group keeps the conversation; GetSorted keeps out of your patch.

## How do I get in touch as an adviser or chair?

Use the form on the page to say who you are (accountant or business adviser, CEO peer group chair, industry association or other) and what would be useful. [DEMO] GetSorted replies within two business days. You can also email connect@valuebull.com.au.

## What happens to a member who books?

[DEMO] They stay the chair's member. GetSorted tells the chair they've booked (with the member's consent), hands them back after day 90, and invites the chair to the day 90 recall check. Advisers can sit in on part of an offsite and meet the facilitator before referring anyone.
